What is the TOP Crew Program and How Does It Work?

The TOP Crew members are current outgoing and fun-loving Juniors who want discounts and FREE stuff for helping Tim O'Keefe Photography (TOP) spread the word about the awesome senior portraits you can have by choosing to go to the TOP. This program is unique, fun and a great way for you to earn cash and credit towards your own Senior Portraits. Your main goal will be to professionally promote the studio to your peers by showing your portraits to them, talking with them about your experience and giving them information regarding TOP. By referring your friends and peers to us, you earn cash, credit towards your own Senior Portraits and possibly the Apple Macbook/iPad bonus. All referral cards must be turned into the studio by October 15th, 2011.

What Do You Receive?

• You will receive a free Journey Session (or two) in April 2011.  Images will be used from your session(s) for your cards and custom coffee table album. This is what you will show off!
• You will receive free images from your April session to post on Facebook.
• You will receive a custom video to share on Facebook and phone as our special gift to you.
• You will receive a custom designed album of your images to share with your family and friends. Show this album to everyone!! It is the best tool you have to earn extra cash, credit toward your portrait order and possibly the Apple Macbook/iPad bonus.
• You will also receive TOP Crew business cards with your image(s) and our studio logo/information to hand out to other class of 2012 Seniors. Each card will have a great offer for your friend as well : "25% off their session and 16 free wallets"  When one of your senior friends calls to schedule their portrait session, they must say that they were referred by you and also bring your card to their portrait session and give it to Tim (both these things must happen for you to receive credit for the referral).
• You have the option an additional session at 50% off. Session to be completed before July 30th, 2011.

Rewards You Can Earn:

• $20 cash AND $20 credit on your personal portrait order for each referred Class of 2012 Senior.
• Your custom designed album is FREE with 10 referred Class of 2012 seniors.
• Apple Macbook Laptop Computer (current base model) or Apple iPad (current base model) with 25 referred Class of 2012 seniors.
• example: 25 cards = $500 cash + $500 credit on your order + FREE custom designed album + Laptop/iPad.

How Can You Be a Successful TOP Crew Member?

• Take your custom designed album and your TOP Crew business cards with you - EVERYWHERE!!!
• Be mentally prepared to answer lots of questions! Talk with as many people as you can - even from other schools!
• Carry  your business cards with you at ALL times and get them handed out them as soon as possible. We will print as many as you need!
• Tell everyone to "like" our page on Facebook!
• Enlist your parents to help you out! They can pass out your business cards too! Let them brag about you to all their friends and show off your album!

What Do You Have To Do?

• You must attend the meeting!!!!  Thursday March 31st at 7 p.m.
• You must be photographed by April 23rd, 2011. This free portrait session will either be with other TOP Crew members or by yourself and may include a variety of locations Tim would like to see you in based upon your personality and style. Bring lots of fun and trendy clothes to your session, and items/props that express your style. This is about you, have fun with it!
• You must provide "the TOP 40" (40 names and addresses of class of 2012 seniors) by May 3rd, 2011.
• You may not represent any other photography studio. Doing so will cause you to lose all benefits and status of a TOP Crew Member.
• Pay a deposit of $200 to join the TOP Crew program. This deposit goes entirely towards your personal order and helps assure that you are committed to the program and your joining The TOP Crew will be beneficial to both you and our studio.
• At the conclusion of your time as a TOP Crew Member (we will miss you but wish you the best!) you are required to submit 3 names and addresses of potential future TOP Crew Members by February 1, 2012. We are looking for well-liked, responsible and active students from the Class of 2013, in other words students just like you!
• **Checks for cash earned for referrals will be mailed 2 times during the year (July 30th & October 15th 2011)
  

We will use the list you provide to mail your classmates discounts and offers on Senior Portraits at Tim O'Keefe Photography.

The CREW member’s images will be featured on advertisements, mailings, facebook, web site and more.
